About Me

A Real Estate and Civil Engineering/Construction Specialist with over 17 years in the industry, originally from Slovenia, Europe. Tomo started his professional route as a student of Civil Engineering, proceeding into the heavy construction business, straight into large excavation and earth-moving projects, as well as utility and installation projects, managing dozens of operators, subcontractors, and vendors while running his own consulting and project management company. In 2015, life led him to Memphis, TN where he continued in management roles, starting off as a Plant Manager in an international manufacturing company, then as a Chief Operating Officer in a Real Estate Investment company, where he developed several new products and companies and selling hundreds of investment properties to out-of-state investors. During the same period from 2019 to 2021, he was consulting for a newly created Regional/Market Division for D.R. Horton in Memphis, TN, before founding Paradigm21 Group of brands and companies in May of 2021. Fast forward to today, Paradigm21 Group consists of a Real Estate Investment Company, Property Acquisitions, General Contracting, Real Estate Brokerage, an Investment Consulting brand, a Property Management division, and a Digital Marketing Agency.
